Judge Your Lawyers Integrity First Policy
Why Should You Trust JudgeYourLawyers.com Information?
The JudgeYourLawyers.com website was designed to assist consumers of legal services. We facilitate the exchange of information from people who want to share and people who want to listen. The most important part of facilitating this process is helping people feel comfortable with the information they receive. The JudgeYourLawyers.com “Integrity First” policy contains the following rules which preserve the quality of the information provided:
1. Registration Integrity: only registered members are allowed to post information. Becoming a member is quick, easy, and most importantly, FREE. All you need is a valid email address. This allows us to keep track of our users to make sure that nobody is abusing the system.
2. Client Integrity: when members complete the registration process, they make the “client promise”. This means that every registered member of the website has promised to only post information about lawyers that they have actually hired and worked with in the past. This means that if someone posts information about a lawyer they have not worked with, that person is committing fraud.
3. Advertising Integrity: JudgeYourLawyers.com does not have advertising agreements with any lawyer or law firm. We believe that accepting money from lawyers would create a conflict of interest. This conflict would taint the integrity of our information.
4. Anonymous Integrity: sometimes people hesitate to express the way they feel because they are scared of the consequences. When you post information on JudgeYourLawyers.com it is done anonymously. Other people do not know your identity, and the lawyer does not know your identity.
The goal of the Integrity Policy is to try to capture only information that is genuine. We want real feedback from real clients about real lawyers.
